sweet tart

In order to create this piece, I individual sculpted a collection of tiny fruit including blueberries, strawberry slices, kiwi, mandarin oranges, and mint leaves. I needed to create a prop fruit tart, and felt that the gleam of glass would be best to represent the delectable allure of fresh fruit. The base is made from foam, carefully shaved and burned to create the desired texture and shape.
